This is a very early beta of HummersRock's City found on an old CD. Most of the buildings are not textured and it is not nearly as big as the latest screens you have seen of it, but it is still a OK track. Hopefully there will be another version. There is one problem with this city. One of the textures is messed up (At least, I think it is. Maybe it's supposed to be like that.). This track was made for a guy called Toyotaspeed. This track is made to take cars that go real fast (or accelerate real slow) and see what the top speed of it is. The grass isn't bumpy or anything (it's only there to help you stay on the track). Also, unlike most tracks made for testing car speeds, this one doesn't have any visibility problems. Enjoy! This track is a city with cops, pedestrians, and traffic. It has some texture problems, but I'm too lazy to fix these problems. The cops are a little different than usual.
